Have we met your Mother?

How I Met Your Mother has made its third series return in the US, and keen eyed viewers may have been given their first glimpse of Ted's wife-to-be.


Under the guidance of narrator and former Full House star Bob Saget, we have been slowly but surely told the story - in excruciating detail - of exactly how Ted Mosby met his future wife.

In this latest episode, we are told Ted and the future Mrs. Mosby cross paths at the bar on St Patricks Day by sheer stroke of luck before having even met. It then seems this concept is ignored for the remainder of the episode, apart from a seemingly innocent altercation.

Ted accidentally knocks into a stunning brunette, and after a quick apology the moment is over. As such an unnecessary addition to the plot, one can only assume this is Ted's future wife.
